Yep, that's some useful info, thanks. OP wasn't asking for your opinion of Simpsonville but about the status of a particular neighborhood. Honestly, I think some people get on this forum just to rag on a place (Simpsonville in particular). I have no idea why or how anybody thinks that is productive.
