Does anyone have any info on this place? Looks Like high end homes but can't tell if it's a half built foreclosed subdivision or not. Any info from folks? Thanks.

Default Yeah...

...we drove through the other night. Typical Simpsonville...booooring and too far from downtown.

Yep, that's some useful info, thanks. OP wasn't asking for your opinion of Simpsonville but about the status of a particular neighborhood. Honestly, I think some people get on this forum just to rag on a place (Simpsonville in particular). I have no idea why or how anybody thinks that is productive. Live where you like and respect that others will do the same.

If you had posted your opinion of Simpsonville and the neighborhood in your original post I would not have gone to the trouble to get information for you. You are now Ignored by me.

Good grief...didn't have an opinion until I drove out there and saw it. Sorry people...thought this was an open discussion forum.
