You used the word good and attorney in the same sentence?

How about experienced and tough. Someone has to have some recommendations. Right?

Are you looking for a male or female specifically? I have heard Lisa Mobley is good but I have not actually ever conducted any business with her.

I have gotten consults from several attorneys in town and I cannot believe how expensive they are. I am trying to find someone who is good and affordable. I have no children and own no property with my spouse, how hard can it be. If anyone knows of any affordable divorce attorneys they have had personal experience with in Greenville, please, please pm me.

If you want experienced and tough, you have to pay for it.
A family member used Wally Mullinax for a divorce / custody case and this guy is definitely experienced and tough.... but like I said, it'll cost ya.

BTW - My sister in FL had an amiable divorce with no kids, property, or investments, and it still cost her over $2,000 just for the attorney to file the paperwork. Divorce ain't cheap! (But then again, neither is marriage, lol).

I looked this gentleman up on the internet to see if he had any ratings or a website and this is what I found:

Greenville Lawyer Reprimanded For Sex With Client | WYFF Home - WYFF Home

Apparently, he thinks it is okay to sleep with his clients. What a weirdo.

I saw that story too - Of course I understand that it is completely unprofessional behavior, but people will be people after all, and apparently it's an isolated incident. Most of us are just lucky enough not to have the skeletons in our closet reported in the newspaper. In my opinion, what he does in sexual life is his own business, as long as he doesn't make a pass at me, haha. He really should have waited until the case was done though

If there is no property, no children and one year separation ...just do it yourself. Here is a link to forms and instructions: SC Judicial Department
