My family and I are considering a move to the Greenville Spartanburg area from Ohio. I am leaning toward the Inman area now but would love to hear about any Upstate upscale neighborhoods. My reason for the post is I am trying to find a trustworthy buyer's agent preferably an exclusive buyer's agent. Any input would be greatly appreciated...

There are lots of options for nice neighborhoods in the Boiling Springs area. Turtle Creek and Woodfin Ridge comes to mind as upscale in Boiling Springs (Woodfin Ridge is actually in Inman). A good website to look at nice neighborhoods in these areas is http://www.journalhomes.com/ Sterling Estates is also a very popular subdivision in Boiling Springs - some might say upscale but whichever it is nice.

I personally am not an agent but have worked a lot with Ashley Lewis- Keller Williams (864) 256 - 0885. He's great! You'll LOVE it here in the upstate!

Thanks for the input! We have family in Woodfin and we were actually considering it. I just have to find a realtor I am comfortable with so we can start the process.

Yeah, we were the same way when we moved here. We knew nothing about the area so it was nice working with someone who could show us around!
