Moving to greenville area - any screened porch rentals? (apartments, townhouse)

Hi,

I've been looking online to find a 2 bedroom rental with a screened porch in the Greenville area -- preferably a townhouse, or a place in mature neighborhood with plenty of trees, and I'm shooting for under $825. I know it's really specific, but I have to wonder if anybody knows of any places I'm not seeing.

I have found some higher dollar townhome rentals in greenville and mauldin that are in apartment settings, but I was really looking for something in that price range and that might even be more natural and scenic...

I know it's a tall order, folks, but if anybody has an idea....

Thank you, myrc60! There is one floorplan I like in particular that I like and can afford.

But I'm sorry - I should have mentioned the places I have already found and like with screened porches: Plantations at Haywood, Ashmore Bridges Estates, and Estates at Bellwood. Looking for any houses or other complexes that also have screened porches, too!

Anything else would be helpful, too!

I don't know if you are looking specifically for an apartement but here's a link to my thread with HOME RENTALS it includes most of the property management companies in the area so some of them have apartments too.
