I know two people with severe allergies who have been significantly comforted by taking bee pollen pills this year. I have no first-hand experience to share because - fortunately - I have never been affected by seasonal allergies. The only sinus-related allergic reactions I recall were caused by exposure to fiber dust (a room full of old books) and heavily chlorinated pool water.
