EV Ecosystem is part of the three-pronged Greening of Greenville project that also includes LED lighting upgrades and energy-efficiency upfits at commercial buildings. Greening of Greenville launched in 2011 as a partnership between the city, Greenville County, GE, Duke Energy, Hubbell Lighting, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and others.
