Can anyone recommend a buyers agent who is not too busy to help me find a house under 125?
Cash in hand. I have done some research and have a list of houses.
I am getting "how is next week"... when I'm hoping for "lets get you in asap". I'm in a bit of a time crunch.
Thanks!

Sheri Sanders was happy to help me find my home and was available anytime I needed her. My price range was close to what you are looking to spend as well. Also Patricia Grissinger. Both of these ladies, while they specialize in the Easley/Pickens area, are very knowledgeable and can help you find a home that suits you in the Upstate.
You can also find both of them on city-data quite a bit that is how I found them originally.
I have worked with Kaaren Anderson with Prudential C. Dan Joyner in purchasing two homes, the first of which was well below your price range. I would highly recommend her.
My wife and I enjoyed working with Mike Wallace with Prudential C. Dan Joyner when I bought my house back in 2008. He was able to work around my schedule quite well and was eager to get out show us listings.
It is tricky to get a good agent. The last one I had had won all these awards and had all these initials beside her name. She had a lot of listings on her website.
Only thing is that she was too busy for me a lot of times. She had so many more expensive listings than my house so I got the vibe from her that I was low on her list of priorities.
She was very available when I had a potential buyer but if not, it was hard to contact her.
I second Mike Wallace at Prudential C. Dan Joyner. I am currently out of state and moving to the Greenville area in July...he has been so helpful and quick to respond (and I'm not even in town yet!) That to me is a sign of someone with great customer service. Best of luck to you in your house hunt!
The #1 realtor in Greenville, HANDS DOWN is Janet Sandifer. She is the most kind, sweet, loving realtor I have ever met. She will take you anywhere you want to go, at any time! She is always available no matter how busy she can be. While house hunting, my kids had to go potty and she offered to stop by her own house and let them use her restroom. She also fed them snacks and drinks at her house. She also took me to lunch on multiple occasions during our house hunting days. Perfect southern hospitality. I HIGHLY recommend her. She was recommended to me when we moved to the area. 864-979-6713 - cell phone (Carol Pyfrom Realty).

I would be shocked if Janet didnt say to you "when do you want to start looking? Today, Tomorrow?"
