I am excited to see them come here. I tried one in Lexington, Ky and the burgers and custard ice cream were quite good. But I would also like to see a Frisch's or Bob's Big Boy, as I remember Shoney's from years ago, not the current incarnation.

True, but In N Out are only on the West coast. So you'll have to settle for Five Guys instead. And also would like to see a Roy Rogers Roast Beef-Burgers-Chicken, and a Popeyes.

I lived in the mid-west for 5 years. My brain is happy that Culver's is coming to town. My waist? Not so much :-)

Steak 'n' Shake has a "Wisconsin Butter Burger" as well. They also have Chicago-style steak franks.

I'm waiting for someone to start serving authentic poutine in Greenville.

And, where do you think they got their idea of a butter burger? Once Culver's popularity exploded in the Midwest, S&S was quick to follow with a new menu. Now that I'm thinking about it, we need more Steak & Shakes, too!
