Sorry, it's 3 areas not 2
*Easley: " Breanna Ct. & Jessica Ct."/Off of Old Cedar Rd., between Mauldin Rd, & Montana Rd., north of Gentry Memorial Hwy(29640)
*Travelers Rest: "English Saddle Ct.,Sunset Mtn. Ct., Silver Stirup Ct."/between Old White Horse Rd. & Greer Hwy, near Elizabeth Ln. & Morrison.
*Piedmont area: "Dan Haley Ct. & Zachery Ct."(29673)/South of the 85, East of the 185, between Piedmont Hwy & White Horse Rd., off of Old Grove Rd., near Lakeside Park.
I hope that gives you an idea of the areas I'm trying to find out about. I'm trying to narrow down where I may be interested in. If the areas are good or bad. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks.

I googled them and found that Travelers Rest area, Mountain Crest Estates looked the best from what I can see.

I would not live anywhere near Lakeside Park. It's a high crime area.

Easley is a pretty quiet town but that isn't the best part of Easley, either.
Something similar could be said of the Traveler's Rest location you have given.

I would think you would be better off buying some unrestricted land to place a mobile home on than in one of these mobile home communities but that's just my opinion.....

Thank you so much. You don't know how much I appreciate your help. I had a feeling that they were not good areas, because of the price of the lots & there's many left. Thanks again.
