Had our company Christmas party there and they did a nice job.
What's this "company Christmas party" you speak of?? I've been with my current employer for 10 years, and we haven't had one for at least 6 of those years...
Make sure you a get a chance to go walk on the lovely ASTROTURF! Yep, certain areas around the hotel have had ASTROTURF laid instead of grass being planted. Odd, to say the least. Tacky also comes to mind.
Who cares if it astroturf as long as it looks good in person which is does. Besides, aren't you moving to Dallas? No reason for you to worry about this area anymore.

Yeah I am glad/appreciative that we have one. I feel it is kind of a morale booster but I can understand a lot of companies don't want to spend money on what essentially is just fun and a morale boost. Too bad! :/
They did a great job with this project. While it obviously can't be exactly what everyone would have chosen down to each tiny detail, it's hard to argue that the hotel doesn't look much more modern and approachable. For that area of downtown, this is a much needed shot in the arm. Strong work as always, JHM Hotels!
