Parking Decks in Greenville: Privately-Owned or City-Owned? (rated, building)

Just out of curiosity, are all of the parking structures in downtown Greenville owned and operated by the city or are some privately owned and operated?

I'm pretty sure most are city owned. The one exception might be the one scheduled to be torn down that is connected to the Bank of America building.
