Yeah, very interesting. Have stayed at that one by the golf course. Nice place.

Someone must be very confident bout the economy of Greenville to be doing this. Impressive, gutsy move.

Great news, hopefully the downtown market doesn't become too saturated with hotel rooms especially considering a new 300-room hotel is planned as well. I hope this hotel is part of phase 3 of One/Washington Square. Now Greenville has to start attracting larger events to keep these rooms filled.
