Yes it is. The new DQ in Mauldin and the fairly new Dunkin Donuts both seem to be doing very well. I believe Chick-fil-a will be very successful also.

Good news for development, but yet more of the same. Would like more newer concepts to come to the area. Culver's is doing very well. But would also like to see a Popeyes. And a Captn D's and Roy Rogers. And more Cookouts. But Chick fil a is good also.

Yup..Chick-fil-a is good too. How about where BigLots used to be..Still an empty space, would it be nice to have a Ross or TJ'max there

I'm not really fast-food kind of person but this will probably work in the spot they are bringing it. I would like to fill in some of the empty buildings we have, especially where Big Lots used to be. That entire shopping complex on that side of the street is absolutely atrocious. Buildings, hardscaping, landscaping...it is all terrible. A major face-lift would be nice.

It has been reported but I believe unconfirmed, that Ingles is going to build a new store in Mauldin. The empty units adjacent to the existing store is where I suspect the new store would be built. I wish Ingles would confirm this RUMOR.

Dairy Queen has been very busy every time I have been in there. Overall I see more cars there now than when it was Burger King.

We've just been happy that Chicora Alley came here. It's the only place we really eat at in Mauldin but we are regulars. Finally glad to have something we really liked out this way

Anyone heard any updates on when Chick-Fil-A may start construction in Mauldin?

Just realized this post is from last summer....wonder if this is still happening? I live in Mauldin and would LOVE it if we had a Chick Fil A here. Yum. Best fast food around!
