Hi I'm new to the site. I just needed some input on the greenville area. I just obtained my South Carolina Contracters License (fun exam). Is this area saturated with alot of track building. Where I live in Georgia the track builders have out-n-out wrecked it here. I'm a Small Design/Builder in Ga. who is looking for an area to setup shop around the first of the year. I specialize in narrow lot homes and remodel homes. I enjoy what I do and would like to move to an area where it isn't all about quantity.
