What kind of businesses are in demand? What are some ideas that people can afford and use? Something that doesn't have a lot of overhead or cost a lot to start up. For example, I had a pet sitting business and my DH had a landscaping business where we used to live. They weren't million dollar businesses but were little to no start up costs to produce income. Just trying to get creative and get some ideas?

With spring coming up pollen will be huge and spring cleaning. Some ideas that don't cost much but could keep you super busy:

1. Storm cleanup, gutter cleaning
2. Pollen - car wash business (at office or at person's home)
3. Power washing - I know our home needs it this year
4. Ecommerce - low overhead, 24-7 market

Oh definitely.

Add these to the list as well:

1. House cleaning - rich people hate cleaning their homes
2. Real Estate marketing pictures - look at any real estate listing. Most of those pictures are absolutely horrible. Real Estate people might know how to sell a home but they sure don't know how to stage and take pictures
3. Software development - produce a product/service and get it out there
4. Cell phone repair - huge in Asia and other areas. Not so in this area
5. Golf ball fishing - lots of courses. Go and retrieve all the balls. Clean them up and resell them as discounts to driving ranges or online

more to come...
