Question about Westwood neighborhood in Simpsonville, SC (Greenville: for sale, apartment)

I've lived in the westwood portion of simpsonville for about 3 years in an apartment. westwood is not upscale, i'd describe it as VERY middle class, some really nice homes IMO and some dumps to be honest. seems very diverse too racially and economically. I've looked at some homes for sale in this neighborhood as it is similar to my neighborhood growing up in Ohio. couple of questions that maybe someone could help with.

1.) is there is a HOA? if so what is the monthly fee for it?
2.) what are the years on most of these homes? there are couple of homes that look like they've never left the 70s in terms of design. seems like an older neighborhood compared to other areas.
3.) whats the yearly tax look like on the typical home there? 800? 1,000?

The subdivision was started back in 1968. My wife and I bought the 3rd or 4th home that was sold in there. We sold out two years later. Seems like the last ones were built around 78 or 79 on the other side of Davenport Rd.
At this time there are 29 homes for sale in there ranging in price from $94,900 - $122,900. Looks like taxes range from $500 - $700 for the 4% rate.
All listings show No HOA.

Westwood Subdivision in Simpsonville SC was established in the late 60's and most homes in Westwood were built in the early 1970's. There are about 1035 homes in Westwood connected by approximately 9 miles of roads. Westwood is close to everything Simpsonville has to offer along with easy access to Highway I-385, Fairview Rd., Davenport Rd., West Georgia Road and Fairview Road shopping. Westwood is near Hillcrest Memorial Hospital (part of the Greenville Health System) and Westwood has several neighborhood parks including Alder Park. Homes in the neighborhood usually sell in the range from upper 80's to mid 130's. Many of the homes feature extensive renovations and increased square footage. Most lots range from 0.25 to 0.49 acres. The schools for Westwood are Plain Elementary, Bryson Middle, and Hillcrest High. Property taxes in Westwood can range from mid 300's to mid 1500's depending on appraisals and ownership status.
