Do the state parks like
High Falls & South Cove County Parks refuse guests on holidays from getting to full capacity? Do you need to be there by a certain time? If they do turn people away, do they reopen again sometime in the afternoon? How's the traffic situation?

To answer my question, yes when the park gets full, they do temporarily stop letting new guests in. They advise that you call first if it's after 9 AM
