^^Borders isn't coming to Magnolia Park anymore. It will most likely be going downtown instead. CompUSA site currently is not in the plans for Magnolia Park but that could change in the future.

^^Some guy. Z Gallerie only operates stores of 10,000 square feet. I noticed that both 10,000 square foot home stores have been removed from the site plan. Gsupstate, are they still coming?

Please be aware that some of them I listed are just rumors. Apple and REI are confirmed along with Cheesecake Factory and Trader Joes. California Pizza Kitchen and Urban Outfitters are just rumors right now, but still have a good shot of coming. I'm not 100% sure but it looks like Z Gallerie has dropped out. They only operate stores of 10,000 square feet and both 10,000 square foot tenant spots have been removed according to the new site plan.
