Somebody called this out earlier in the thread.....
Magnolia seems to have morphed from a shopping area into more of a retail / entertainment are......with Cabela's, Dave & Buster's, Toby Keith, Hollywood 20....the entertainment aspect can not be overlooked (though not exactly my kind of entertainment) it will be a draw. Apparently, one more more entertainment type company is looking to be added to the mix as of current rumors going around. Don't know who it is, but would not be shocked if it were Tilted Kilt.
Not what I would have chosen for Magnolia to be, were I the owner of Menin, but it does seem to be developing with a theme...sort of inland version of entertainment centers you find in Myrtle Beach.....cheese factor and all.
I would love to see a Rainforest Cafe, House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, Lucky Strike, NikeTown....heck put in a Disney store. Might as well.

Those are all good choices, but I just want them to open a Roy Rogers Restaurant for a better fast food choice. Better roast beef, good burgers and fried chicken. They just opened 2 new locations in Maryland before Christmas, and they are still drawing huge crowds and doing a big business. Virginia is just too far away; I want them to come to the Carolinas. Distant chains such as Jack in the Box and Culver's have chosen to come here, so why can't Roy Rogers be next?

Yea would love to see Popeyes also. Great chicken. And perhaps a possibility as they have just opened 2 new stores near Charlotte in Concord and Mooresville. Keep hoping.
