I have not aware of updates regarding out-parcels at Riverside Crossing. I would not be surprised if an out-parcel became Lowe's Foods #263's fuel station.

A lot of dirt is being moved next to the dentist office. Prior speculation was to a Lowe's gas station. Usually tanks would be in place by now in gas station construction but I've not noticed any. So - anybody have any thoughts or rumors as to what is being built.

Probably just an additional retail strip like the one closer to the HS as shown on the site plan. Tenants may not be announced, or even leased yet.

You are probably right. At least we can be pretty sure it's not another dentist or storage place. Only other type facility being built all over seems to be a car wash. Maybe that's what it is. Or just 4 or 5 more little stores.
