Our house hits the market in two weeks and once we have a contract (fingers crossed) we can start to make plans for our move to Greenville. We want to rent a place while we house hunt. Any suggestions for where to find a short-term or month-to-month rental near downtown, Augusta Road or North Main? Budget is $1500-2500/month for 2-3 bedrooms. Ideally it would be unfurnished since we are moving our stuff with us but we can find storage if needed. Thanks!

Try Craigslist - there are lots of homes for rent. Not sure if any are in the specific area you're looking for though. It might be easier to negotiate a short term rental with an independent landlord. There are many apartment complexes in Greenville that will do a short lease (3 months).
