Very cool. I'm happy to see development there. Where we currently live, our local government was very business unfriendly for decades which made the whole region stagnant to new business for ages. The local government has only recently, in the past 5-7 years, developed a more pro-business mentality and policies. Glad to see your region doesn't suffer from the same shortsightedness.

Great pics, thanks for sharing. Love the unique architectural styles and incorporation of landscape and water into the plans around Greenville.

I love Greenville due to its lack of concrete box-like high rises and "commy cubes" as my friend from Poland likes to call them.

This is why Greenville tops my list as one the most unique and beautiful downtowns in the south.

Is NIMBYism a problem in Greenville?

Like most places, I would say that it depends on the neighborhood.

Thanks G-man. Love all of the development going on, but is it wrong for me to want just one building 15 storys or higher?
