What other subdivisions are similar to Half mile, with similar looking homes (not cookie cutter or all brick) around $150K? Preferably close to downtown or stretching to Taylors or Pelham Rd? Something that has a community pool or one nearby that you can purchase a membership. I know about the Pebble Creek area and Peppertree but anything else would be helpful.

Stonecreek isn't too far from Half Mile Lake and close to downtown. Sugar Creek is another and that is near Pelham Road. They both have a community pool. I believe Sugar Creek is so big that they have 3 pools.

I appreciate that but I think those maybe out of budget?

Sugar Creek homes can go up to the $400's but I think there are plenty around your budget as well. Not so sure about the price of Stone Creek though.

I know about Del Norte as well. I think that is affiliated with Sugar Creek.
