Westone is a proposed retail, restaurant and office development planned at 109 West Stone Avenue, 109 W Stone Avenue, Greenville, South Carolina 29609-5523, in the city of Greenville in Greenville County, South Carolina. The site is currently occupied by Battery and Electric Company, which is in the process of relocating. Coffee Underground would open its second location at Westone.

Looking at the map, it seems like that number of businesses would be quite crowded onto what appears to be a rather small lot. Perhaps the development will also incorporate some of the surroundings properties?

The total square footage of the buildings on site is approximately 18,000 square feet. The buildings will be reused instead of being razed.

This will be a great addition to the historic area while maintaining existing buildings. Kudos to the developers.
