The site in inquiry is 105 Rutherford Street, Greenville, South Carolina 29609-5305, the southwest corner of Rutherford Street and Echols Street in the city of Greenville in Greenville County, South Carolina. Checking the city of Greenville's building permits, it appears to be commercial - retail/stores/restaurant/customer service.

I think its a casual restaurant called Niko's Carolina Grill if it's the lot next to McDonalds. I posted it back in April in the "New Retail/Restaurant" thread. Plans were posted on the Online Plan Room for bid.
Why have I never heard of this place? That looks like just the type of place I would like to try.
