Still paying $51/quarter with Kirby Sanitation. No fuel surcharges, no administrative fees, no BS. Have had great reliable service too.

Update: I moved to Greer and love having the trash service provided by the city without me having to worry about it. Also instead of paying four separate trash, electricity, gas, and water bills I have only one bill.

I just moved recently and had to do this too. I went with Waste Industries, and I pay 45/quarter. No issues so far.

I'm still with Kirby, too, although they were forced to increase the price of recycling due to rising costs beyond their control.

Yes, it was a substantial increase. I understand they have to do what they have to do to be profitable, so I stuck with them. Just had multiple instances recently where they did not take all of my trash. I know they have their rules, but I have never had issues in 5 years if I went over the amount they typically would pick up. Now they got real strict and it seems like it began right around when the quarantine began.

I am debating between sticking with them and dealing with the strict guidelines or trying someone new.
