Just read a article that said the Mayor had met with Sam's & they expect to open in June 2013. Was hoping it would be sooner but June will be fine. Glad for the jobs!

Longhorn: My friend and I went on a Thursday (late afternoon).

Very nicely decorated and clean. The food was really good. I had the Parmesean Crusted Chicken and she had a steak. It was the steak wrapped in bacon. It was VERY tender. I would definately order that next time...

Oh! Plenty of parking at 4:00 p.m.. Everytime I drove by, that place was PACKED....except around 4:00...

I have been to LongHorn three times already. The first time was for lunch on their second day, the service was a little slow that day. The other two times have been great! The food is good and the restaurant is nicely decorated. I recommend the wild west shrimp appetizer and the strawberry pecan salad. We usually go in between lunch and dinner time and have never had to wait! I am going again tomorrow!!

Well your Longhorn experience was much better than mine! Did call ahead seating so no wait but the food & the service was terrible. It will be a while before we return.
Marshall's sign is up but it just says opening soon.

I haven't heard, but I drove by a couple days ago, and a lot of the drywall is up and light fixtures are in. Nothing else beyond that, so it would likely be a few months still.

I have been to LongHorn five times now and have never had a bad meal, love it there but we are going to take a break for a few weeks.
Just read on Marshall's website their grand opening is March 7th.
So other than Sam's Club what else is moving in? Sure hope something to replace the empty lots and those piles of dirt , lol!
Would love to see Bed Bath and Beyond and some more restaurants coming soon!!!
