I have some DVDs that needs to be resurfaced professionally I have tried the whole toothpaste deal and ruined the disc and the DVD player so I won't be doing that again if anyone may know somewhere in the Aiken South Carolina area to have this professionally done please let me know

Highly unlikely. You're better off buy a CD resurfacing device online. 20 or 30 bucks
