Restaurants Simple Simon, 109 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302-1936; and Sub Station II, 453 East Main Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302-1925, and bar Shakers, 105 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302-1936, would be impacted by The Commons at Pine. They would have to relocate, or they could join the development.
