I am going to be starting work with GE this June but have to find a place to live in the next month. If anyone has any leads, it would be a great help.
My main requirements are that there is somewhere nearby to run my dog and the commute to GE is too terrible.
We moved out of a house in Simpsonville when we bought ours. I don't know if our landlord has found renters yet. He is picky and likes to rent to people relocating from out of town who have good credit (he checks this). But he is super nice. The house is near Hwy 14 and Woodruff road in the Heritage Lakes subdivision. Easy access to 385, shopping, etc. A pet is allowed. Has a great trail around one of the "lakes" for walking, etc. 3 Bedrooms 2 baths for $995/mo. plus $1000 security deposit. I think we paid a 200 pet deposit as well.
