When I was living in Winston-Salem, for some strange reason, my Jeep couldn't make it to the office in the snow, but it could always get to Banner Elk.

Since I telecommute these days, I don't have an excuse not to make it to work.

Kids are hoping for a snow day tomorrow. I see Avery County has already posted a closing but its going to be a lot worse up there than it will be here. I wouldn't mind a snow day tomorrow but these kids gotta go to school; they've already been home for 2 days!

It's not going to snow much if it all. Most of the snow will be in the Charlotte area.

Didn't the forecast call for 2-4 inches? Thats decent for this area. I don't really want any, but my kids do.

The forecast calls for a dusting-2 inches. We'll be lucky to get anything. Charlotte and Rock Hill will get 2-5 inches: http://www.greenvilleonline.com/arti...NTPAGECAROUSEL

However, if the storm develops farther west than expected, two to four inches of snow are possible in the Upstate, he said.

Got this out of the link you just posted brother.

You forgot to post the sentence right after that one. Here's what it says:

"But we do not think that that's going to happen," he said.
