Woot! It was originally supposed to open in Nov, but considering the current economy, we're glad to have it in March 2010.

While I am glad another group is interested in bringing an IMAX theater to Greenville, I am disappointed that they will monopolize the market by preventing any other developer from bringing one to the area. A location closer to the heart of Greenville would be much better, in my opinion, although I realize residents in Simpsonville will be happy to have one there.

Well, maybe if Menin and Regal would stop sitting on their hands then we could have gotten one in the city limits. Too bad too sad I guess. Besides, this isn't even going to be a real IMAX. The screen will be smaller.
