Memorial Day Weekend in Greenville (Simpsonville: home, amphitheatre, live)

Good morning! My family is thinking of planning a trip to Greenville for Memorial Day weekend. Are there any festivals or activities going on that weekend? We are all adults - so don't really need child related activities. What are some things to do in general when visiting Greenville?

This is a really great event, now sponsored by Greenville Hospital System. Simpsonville basically is an extension of Greenville (don't hit me follks!!), so isn't far at all down I-385. This event has got much better and become more upscale in the last couple years. It offers live music (a great amphitheatre), food, beverages (both soft and alcoholic), exhibits of various kinds and of course the BALLOONS! You've got to be there one evening for a Balloon Glow!
