Any word on when or if the Dunkin Donuts downtown greenville will open? I am soooooo anxious!

Kainos Partners filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. I doubt it will ever get finished.

Yeah, I've been anxious since about this time last year..... I believe the company that owns the Dunkin franchises in the Upstate either has or is thought to be filing for bankruptcy soon. :-(

Doughnuts are a very unhealthy food - loaded with both fat and sugar which lead to such health problems as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Better to eat unsweetened oatmeal for breakfast.

So glad the health police are trolling the forums we are so much safer now. Maybe they want the coffee with non-fat or soy milk, or just have a donut for a treat 2 or 3 times a year. live and let live

Spill The Beans serves oatmeal. Noticed their website is currently parked at GoDaddy, so I'm not sure if that means anything. Hopefully it's only a mistake.

HAHAHAHA! Too funny, Ruvidu. DD is awesome. I love how all the donuts somehow absorb the smell of coffee. And they're SOOOO yummy. It is sad that they will not be opening. Although perhaps not the wisest choice for breakfast, an occasional DD makes me so happy. I wish they would take down the sign so that I wouldn't keep my hopes up. I remember last year being at the Christmas Village and just thinking it would be SO GREAT when they opened up. Guess not...
