I'm glad you got good sleep, Dude111. It is so important. Everybody doing good on this thread? I'm looking forward to having a good weekend. Everyone else do the same!
Missed you elkotronics! Happy to hear happy you have a good weekend planned! Well at least I did get a good sleep last night--it's been awhile now.. I just wore myself out at work! I work again tomorrow and then Sunday---yep, this is my rough week but then the next week is pretty easy with only 3 days of work. I'm slowly trying to empty out my book cases and donate the books to the Christian Ministry. It will take a while as there are tons of books--some big and heavy so I take a box now and then. Once I get all 4 eight foot tall oak book cases empty maybe I can sell the book cases--I hope! I just want to try to stay busy so I am tired at night! Seems to be the answer..that and an extra blessing from above!
Back to sleeping poorly--2 days now. I am trying to stay busy but it isn't working. From what I hear and have read here it isn't uncommon but still a pain! It makes work just that much more difficult to concentrate. Hopefully tonight will be slow...
Have a blessed Sunday and A Happy Mothers Day to all those mothers out there--including the fur babies mamas!
I didnt sleep well either cyn. I read that my advil PM or Tylenol PM is thought to be a factor in altzhiemers disease......since my father died with that dreadful disease....it concerned me. I have taken one or the other at bedtime for the past 15+ years. Benadryl is another offender as well as other drugs in that family. So I went cold turkey and didnt take it last night....I fell asleep ok but was up at 3:00 and then heard sounds I didnt recognize outside....anyway I was up before 4.
I will just have to get used to sleeping without it. I can and will do it.
Sounds like my situation---sorry for you elston--and me too! Sleep is so necessary!
Well your situation is much tougher.....I am totally retired and I fell asleep for about an hour around noon time. I dont have to do anything. My guy walked the dogs while I was napping.....he knew I hadnt slept.
