Bella is home and still not herself but getting much better! I made a major decision yesterday--now to stick by it--seeing my sweet Bella so ill and today so much better I have decided to make a very sincere effort to try to just enjoy what I have and stop worrying about what I need or don't have. Sure I will still have those days of worry---we all do and I do it best! But at least I am going to really work at seeing that glass half full! I am so tired of feeling blue and life is to short to feel like that so much! Please keep positive thoughts/prayers that I will be able to do this! Thank you!

Smart, very smart! I know that when I start to stew about things, I try to remember that we only really have "right now". Today, I am healthy, today there's some money in the bank, today the sun is shining, today the children are safe....you get it. Sometimes you will probably stray, but that's just human nature.
Yes gentlearts--there will be those days but I am really really going to work hard on limiting them! Today was good at work....even my co-workers were so nice to me. Things just seem to be working now---they said they can see how hard I try and I do. I want to laugh again and enjoy what I have so no time like the present! I know as you said gentlearts we are human and there will be struggles but hopefully I will not let them take me down as hard as I have in the past. No one ever said life is easy! Those are very wise words from my daughter--I love her so!

This is "SmilinPretty" I bought a new computer a few months back and I wasn't able to get into CD so I had to change my name. I am not on CD very often.
Cyn, you have come a long way baby. I believe it was 1 1/2 years ago you lost your husband. Watching you strive and grow has been enriching to me. I am so happy for you.
I am doing wonderful. Living the single life and having fun.

Anyone ever seen ZZ Top in concert? They sure do rock. The more I hear the new music the more I hate it. Hate. I know, we're not supposed ta hate, but the young people can't rock.

cyn - how are you doing? Is the weather cooperating where you are? Yesterday was glorious here in SW Kansas. Looking forward to nice weather today here and hopefully in Denver, too. Heading west today to shop and explore. Hope you guys have great days that come here. I love this particular thread because the people all love and support each other.
