Stormy looking today..rain in the predictions. I go to work today and then tomorrow to my sons--hope the rain is not bad! I know we are behind in rain and need it but I don't much like driving in it. Hope everyone has a lovely day!

Thanks again Dude--so nice of you to say!
Yes elston the weather is all over the place. Nothing is normal it seems. I'm not looking forward to driving in the rain today but will do what I have to do to see my family! Just hope it doesn't get crazy like it does sometimes here. I'll just take it slow.
Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday!

I for one am so glad that we here in SW Kansas are getting replenished with rain so well. Our Ogallala Aquifer can now start filling up a bit. Actually, estimates of it losing water are fairly conservative. It is always filling back up - but, it has been a while since we've had that good, drenching rain we so desperately need. And now we have!

Jehovah gives generously to all - but it must be accurate spiritual food. What you get out in the world is bunkweed. John 17:3. Have a great Sunday, all!

Home again and it always feels good to be here! It was a good day--they all celebrated my birthday and I had no idea that was the plan but it was nice. I just don't feel my D/H son is very sincere or really cares but maybe I am just reading something that isn't there. He teases in a hurtful way sometimes..but that is the way he has always been. I loved watching my grand daughters perform their gymnastics for me and hug me--felt so good. The rain stopped about 10 miles out of town and the skies cleared--God is good!

Good morning all! A busy day today. Trash day, must take "405" to have her gums checked again at the vets--she is wheezing pretty badly..usually takes an antibiotic shot to help. When you have old critters they start having medical issues and it seems never ending but they must be taken care of. I'd like to get the mowing done but the grass is just to wet. Maybe tomorrow. I will be running to the neighbors to fill his bird feeders as soon as I give the dogs their morning walk and then off to the vets! Have a blessed day!

Cyn......you know "who he is"; he never showed that he cared about much even when his father was alive. So don't expect much. It is nice tht they celebrated your birthday and got to spend time with your grand daughters.
