Our store, Petsense Albemarle NC, has a FB page so I wrote a comment on it thanking those customers who have stood by us. I cleared it with my manager and she was all for it. My manager also told me I am scheduled for Thursday for next week too. That's a good thing.

So, I went to look and people really love your store. I think it will be fine. I noticed that they are actively seeking applications. How can this be if they are cutting back hours?
They are looking for key holders--people who want to close the store at night and do the banking after they close. For one dollar more an hour it is not worth the chances in today's world. The only hours cut back are for the associates or part time workers like me. my boss just had to let the man go that was the other key holder--long story but we all knew it was coming. That's why I got back Thursday for now. Anyhow maybe if I just hang tight things will pick back up. As of today I have Thursday and Saturday so maybe I will keep those days I hope! Thanks for reading our FB page!

Finally work today and I am looking forward to it. I almost feel like a new employee! I am grateful for even this one more day!

It was a very hard day. It was just me and the boss and we had 5 huge pallets full of animal food!! I was so tired. Plus my register kept acting up...not sure why but it would not stay up I had to sign in each time I used it. Very stressing. Then about noon it just started working. I got home and was exhausted. But at least I worked!
