Good morning. I hope today is a lovely day for each of you! It will be my first day back at work since my boss was fired......praying it goes well! I did see my kids and grand children yesterday and they look great! My time there was short but nice!
Good Morning. It's a beautiful morning here.....sunny and blue skies and warm. No wind today. We had a little rain yesterday but not enough to put a dent in the drought we are experiencing. Wildfire danger is very high.....that a seasonal liability every year....but this year seems to be worse.
cyn.....keep a good attitude at work. Its not your fault or the fault of the new manager......and as you know....you need your job! I will be keeping you in my thoughts.
I agree elston. Still no new manager....weird. Business was slow.
It's been very warm here the last 2 days--80's.
I took care of my neighbors cats and all went well. They were very happy to have some company and eat! Smile!
Hope everyone enjoys their day today!
Good Morning All. It looks like a lovely day here in SWFL but I see more snow and rain in the midwest heading toward the NE......they can't catch a break. Our "snowbirds" have been leaving for their homes up north......but some will probably delay the trip back due to snow. Strange spring. My sons in Maine have sent some pictures that show patches of their back yards free of snow.....but "it ain't over till its over" and for them....it "ain't" at least not yet.
Whew - we hired a guy and his family from Las Cruces to help us move our stuff out of storage yesterday and over to the house. I have to bring the '15 U-Haul truck back this morning. We're signing up for cable TV with a local provider and also internet service. And we just got a water softener/reverse osmosis quote that we'll take them up on.
Whew! And we need to bring the rest of the stuff in the apartment here over in our car today plus clean the apartment up and get it ready for the next guest. Plus close out the storage unit service we've had for a couple of months in town. I go back to work tomorrow night so we're making hay while the sun shines. And does the sun shine a lot here in Alamogordo. Wow - the mayor says it's sunny 350 days out of the 365!
You sure are busy elko! But it will be worth it all!
Rain here today with cold to follow! Work today--still no idea who they will get for our new manager..sigh...
Hope everyone has a blessed day!
