Wille Nelson just released a new album, Last Man Standing which includes this song, Something You Get Through.

We can all identify with this song, I do not know how to post the video but hopefully those who want to give it a listen can google it

Kate.........thank you so much for putting the youtube link for this song. It's Not Something You Get Over (but it's something you get through). It is my most earnest hope and prayer that cyn and all those who are caught and stuck in grief are able to find their way through it and resume their lives....and find peace and happiness. I love the way Willie sings this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcRmpmsj7XY

That is so true with so many widows that some people just do not understand--not just me but so may everywhere who have to go through all the things I mention here alone. Some are stronger, I use to be but I suppose watching my husbands ALS take everything put some fear in me! I just hope I get stronger faster! I hope some get the chance to read here and see they are not alone! That does make a huge difference!

If you are in mumbai....that maybe the reason. I know that some youtube can't be connected in the UK.

Oh, I was hoping this would post as the video looks on YouTube. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Everyone hang on as best you can. cyn - how's your shoulder doing? I've had some arthritis pain in my right knee the past two weeks - I'm taking Glucosamine Chondroitin for it and I think it's helping somewhat. I hope your shoulder pain is quieting down - I hope that all of your emotional pain is also quieting down, but that one can be tough. Lean on us, cyn, all that you want.

Everyone enjoy their Monday's!

Good Afternoon. Just to let you know my McKenzie is feeling much better and is enjoying the special meals I cook for her. She just had chunks of steamed chicken breast with rice and a little pan grilled ground beef pattie. (The other dogs are aware that her dinner smells much better than theirs....so I have to give them a little too!

She still has difficulty walking and her balance is precarious....but she was able to get herself up and down from the couch and she doesnt look so sad and scared. Love is a powerful medicine. (The underlying problem is cancer and we dont expect that to go away.....but for now we are loving her up.
