Hoping for rain here in southern New Mexico, too. It looks like 70 and 80-degree temp.'s for the next 10 days, however, with no rain forecast at all.

Still raining here!! That does have a negative effect on my mood sometimes. But the green and the flowers are beautiful! Work this afternoon......wish I was more excited about going but it's just so different without my old boss there. Just have to enjoy my little critters there.
Have a blessed day everyone!

Good morning cyn and all.
I hope those that need rain, get some, and those that have had enough rain (for now) get sunny skies

Good to see you Molly. You seem to perk me up. Not sure why I have been so tired so much but guessing the weather plays a role in that! Like you I hope those that need the rain get it and those that don't can enjoy some sunny skies!

Happy Thursday everyone.
I've had two good nights sleep in a row and it has improved my outlook greatly

bygolly, molly....

"sleep that knits up the raveled sleeve of time" Shakespeare knew it.

I'm beginning to think the sleep aids my doctor is giving me is leaving me feeling emotional and very tired. No ambition. I will discuss this with her when I see her next time. My sleep is not a natural sleep so that has to do something eventually...?? I may have to cover for a girl at work today but that is okay. Keeps me busy, right?

cyn.......I was reading today about vitimin D deficiency and I think I may have that...I never sit out in the sun....Many of the symptoms of it sound like me....low energy, tiredness, muscle weakness, poor sleeping.....bone pain and osteoathritis. I am going to go sit outside a little while...it is nice and sunny today.....(altho I dont have any sunscreen....so I wont stay out long).
