Just found out I was suppose to work Saturday as I mentioned in an earlier post but that when I went in Thursday night was told by my manager no and I should be at work on Sunday! I sure could have used that day of work!!! I called and talked to the one person that works there that I trust and she said no one was angry with me they just figured I was confused because of all the changes in the schedules. Hope I don't get in trouble but they all know I want those hours and need them! The one new girl sent me a text message on my cell phone to come in to work on Saturday as it was not on the schedule but I never even have my cell phone on I only use it for emergencies. Everyone else at work knows to call my home phone. Saturday was on one of my schedules but they kept changing them so I did not know! My friend I talked to this morning said it actually helped them to cover the training hours but I still could have used them myself! Oh ugh!
I did enjoy Sunday school!

Been so quiet here lately--hope everyone is doing good!
It’s a strange time of year. Summers gone, but it’s still too early to get out the fall decorations, or change out the flowerbeds. I’m still hobbling around waiting for my new knee. That’s the main thing for me...I’m waiting for my knee operation to be over, so just feeling blah.
The heat is back here--really hot and humid so I'm not feeling like going out much. I try very hard not to run my a/c in the car to save on gas so I'm probably just going to sit here today. I do need to get some exercise so maybe later my friend will call and we will go on a short hike if it cools down and then a small dinner! We'll see.
Hope you feel better really soon gentelarts! My girlfriend has had 2 knee operations and came through them both great--now we all know each person and situation is different but I pray you have those same results my friend!

Woke up to no internet---oh my! Not sure what the problem was but I did my typical unplugging and plugging back in and it's up again!
Been awake since 3:30am. Stayed in bed just to relax as much as I could because I work tonight and don't get home until late! It will be a long day.......
