Doubtful it is handwritten. It's probably a handwriting font. Just throw it out if you're not interested.

It is only weird if you dwell on it, and allow it to take control of your thoughts for more than a minute.
Throw it away and forget it. The weirdness disappears rather quickly.
I get "cards" (especially around Christmas, Valentines Day, and birthdays) that are nothing more than ads for hearing centers, dentists, etc., even though they are disguised as personal mail. I open them, glance at them, and throw them in the trash immediately. No problem.
