Hello...I sometimes get frustrated with single moms who scoff at my difficulties and reluctance when my husband is not around. I am just now starting to be okay with taking my children out alone. Single parents tend to be insensitive while saying, "you can do it, I do it/have done it." Well I am sorry that you have had to do it alone, but it shouldn't discredit my challenges!

True. Life is full of changes and I took mine head on. I love being a Mom and my kids and hubby are the center of my life. Things have only gotten better.

When are my single friends going to understand that:
1. I can't go out at the drop of a hat like they can
2. No, I don't want to go with those "guys" to the next club!
3. No, I can't just get a babysitter at the last minute!
4. Yes, labor and delivery DOES HURT but you will be o.k.
5. Breast feeding is NOT nasty.
6. Just because I have a baby doesn't mean I'm not the same fun loving person
