Stopped by the Carlos Cafe tonight, met Flor and Joe, and brought home a delicious feast tonight. LOVED IT! Flor threw in some pastelitos as a treat. We can't wait to sample everything on the menu. The restaurant is beautiful. The re-vamped interior looks great. Best wishes for continued success, Flor and Joe. It was a pleasure to meet you and we'll see ya again REAL soon!

Hey guys my 3rd baby was born last night at 8:30pm at Huntersville Hospital. My 6 yr daughter would not let him go for a second, claiming him and kept on saying "He's so cute". I guess big sister will never kick him out of her room. I will be posting his pictures soon.
