Hello, My wife and I are in the process of moving here, I took a position with a company that didn't allow me any time to look for housing, nor help with the added expense. It's really my fault. Took them two months to give me an answer and expected me to report the following week. I have been out of work since March only to do a family member who I was in partners with, not the economy.
So, this leaves me trying to find a decent place without the funds I had previously saved, I survived till now. I still have a residence near Lake Texoma that I am current on and have equity in, so I must keep or really need to sell. 7/8th of acre 3bed 2 bath fireplace 20x30 shop w/concrete slab of 15x30 added on and a slab of 20x60 to be finished out for living or parking. That area is real estate market is booming prices are still high for land and residence being built constantly. Like I said Lake Texoma is 1/2 mile down hwy 70 from the property that is basicly a corner lot to hwy 70. I need to finish cleaning the grounds and moving, but I need to sell willing to part for $125,000 this is below market value, but I am having to stay in motel here in Killeen which is not helping much. Need to find a place in Killeen that I can pay low lease to start then in few month or so increase payment. Owner finace or something My credit is still good just new to area and need a little assistance.
