I watch to get my blood pressure up. I know its not the smartest thing to do, but I never did listen to ma when she used to tell me to quit running into trouble. I need to work on my Zen Garden and less on PMSNBC. I did watch tonight and saw the MB show where the stand in was saying that the Zimmerman case and the Oklahoma shooting were not the same were Zimmerman was a racist and race had nothing to do with Oklahoma. It was one of those are you going to believe me or your lying eyes.

I'm amazed anyone gives .02 about what MSNBC has to say and at the same time why on Earth do people give the NRA a dime. It wouldn't bother me one bit if they both went belly up.

I'm a life member of the NRA but haven't given them a dime since then. My money goes to the TSRA.

I am a member of NRA, but get most of my information on gun grabbers and left tactics from Gun Owners of America. I am a member with them as well.

Eventually that data gets purchased by a data mining company that has its computers "connect the dots" of a lot of your other purchases and actions and then eventually it spits out a list of gun owners who own multiple guns and are not currently NRA members but who would be likely to join/contribute to an NRA "cause" based on posting in this forum on City Data.

And people worry about the government spying!!!
I have never purchased a gun, or ammo with a credit card. Matter of fact, I don't even have a credit card. But that would be a list of suspicions, at best, not a list of what guns you own.

I saw that segment. O'Donnell is a slime ball. He's as bad as the Britt on CNN, I can't speak his name without adding curse words in front. O'Donnel said something in his show about the NRA being terrorists. And try to find a rebuttal page on his web site. The socialist media just want to spout their leftist rhetoric, but nobody else is allowed to enter the conversation.

Gee, I have gun insurance, I guess they'll be coming to my door too. Sadly it will be the day after that tragic accident where my guns were all lost at sea, waaaay out at sea.

You too?

Seems to be a rash of boating accidents recently. Lost all mine out in the middle of the Gulf.

The value of watching a person's personal credit behavior is, of course, to try to "suss out" just where their trends in herded "goat-think" are headed. What we can market whatever we want to them, and we can build a case for our later "trials". It will tell us where they are focusing, and what we might expect next.

Of course, such manipulation & direction is not going to be anywhere good, ever, from no on. Societal collapse being imminent (look around, folks), the Gov'mint is justifiably concerned about the citizenry's (you and I, btw...) real ability to resist, effectively, such intellectual tyranny.

Some say "Oh you won[t be able to resist the US Army and all their high-tech equipment, etc.". Ever watched the news about the Afghani resistance? Would you want to be continually sniped at, even with a collection of old Mosin-Nagants? Want to be hit by a projectile from that pretty good 7.62 X 54R round, itself crankin' along at, say, 2200 fps out @ 100 m? Would their doubts about your ability to resist remain unchecked? Would you perhaps want out there?

And then, there's the fact that the patriotic crew in their Bradley Fighting Vehicle or even am M1A Abrahms tank, 1) have their own ideas about what they are being told to do to their fellow citizens in the case of some POTUS-required administrative cultural revision? After all, the Army likes young mentally malleable men and women, but these young one are not all stupitt, are they? I mean, really?

And then 2) do those fiercely "obedient" young men ever get out of those hot, stuffy murder-mobiles to take a leak, have dinner or bivouac at night? I dare say... yes.

Plink plink, courtesy of another partisan patriot willing to die for our freedoms, but also unwilling to accept a government administered script of Orwell's novel "1984" without a fight. Especially when another one of their now-doubting fellow Army ranks hits the dust.

"Say, do you think our hard-line Captain is always right about these so-called patriotic reactionaries? Maybe we should be defending our Constitution instead, huh?"

"And don't think we haven't noticed this very abnormal behavior, Elko.

(cue the PAOGCF scene: "The Peoples Administration Offices for Government Control of Firearms") "So... What's with this guy? He has a driver's license, but he never uses that official tracking credit card we sent him for free last year. In fact, it's internal GPS tracking system allowed us to find it in his trash! This is outright anarchy!

Well, go ahead and let's add him to that Special List and send out Special Agent "Purple" {SAP...}. We'll get to the bottom of this unpatriotic behavior, trust me.

Undt zhen it'll be off to zha kampz fur him, yah??"

You've been made, my man!

considering the level of Financial data mining wal-mart, amex, visa, etc has been doing for a decade, this is a tiny little dot of concern for me.

as mentioned above, the NRA doing it is legal, the Govt doing it is not.

I can't speak for you fellow gun owners, but the NRA having a data base of gun owners and the fed creating one is not even in the same ball park, for me its not on the same planet. If the NRA has a data base I really don't care. The Fed would have one for no good reason. The only reason they would have one is to know whos door to knock on. What do you think? Is this the big division that the leftists think it is for you? I just laughed.
There are probably all of 3 gun owners who watch that channel so I wouldn't be too worried. It's sort of like worrying that Fox News is going to divide PhD's.
