I've been seeing the same stylist for almost a year. She's pretty amazing. However the light time I received highlights she almost forgot the toner. Today, 6 weeks later I received lowlights. This time she did not put any toner on. Should I be concerned? I'm not a professional so I don't know if it's required each and every time.
