I was just curious if a guy actually cared. Most of my macho men friends don't. But some of my metro-sexual men prefer what is trendy at the time...or the all time favorite well kept long-hair-do.
I've always liked long hair on a woman but I can understand that at some point when their hair is turning grey (like mine) that they might prefer a shorter hair style and many women look very attractive with short hair regardless of their age. I really couldn't care less what is trendy or fashionable at the moment but I think that most women can probably sense when a hairstyle that they've had for many years might not be quite as appealing as it was in the past and they tend to adapt to their age and physical appearance to what looks the best.
I love a woman's hair. What I like most is a woman that can style it in a multitude of ways. A pony tail for outdoors. A cap is cute at a ballgame. I can't name that one hairstyle...but most of it up and some down at the side with glasses or something is great for going out. Down and a little bit of wave for everyday use.
I get bored easily with stuff. Variety is ALWAYS the spice of life with me.
Long, maybe in a pony tail, and if it were to please me a little wind blown looking. My wife has silver gray hair, but I tell her I still see brown. She has it better than half way down her back, just somewhat longer than mine.
Much of the time she has some way to sweep the sides back and uses a barret I made. I made her a few barrets but she uses one mostly. A copy of one made around 1761.
Interesting thread and even more interesting r the post...
