I just looked this up as I was not familiar with the term. I'm including a link which may help a little, although after reading it your hair really does not appear to be like any of those types (4a, 4b and 4c). Your hair looks more curly but I guess maybe "silky" -- maybe not the right word. Anyway, this link may help you determine what type your hair falls under:

For what it's worth, I'd say your hair is more of a 3C. And, for what it's worth, I like your curls. They make me smile.
